Cafaggiolo situated 25 km north of Florence, the center of Mugello. To get to the location, from Florence we have two possibilities, or the Autostrada del Sole or along the Via Bolognese. Cafaggiolo Castle lies north of Florence, since ancient linked to Medici family. This structure is considered as one of the largest architecture of the Renaissance, a work of the famous architect Michelozzo. The original castle comes from the fourteenth century era, a time in which the manor was the domain of the Republic.
